第一條 為提昇本校及附屬醫院整體研究品質及表現，
The Office of Research & Development provides academic and science graphic design support to the TMU community. This service can be utilized by the TMU faculty and affiliated hospital staff.
第二條 本校專任教職員及附屬醫院專任人員以及本校研究生
This service is reserved to the TMU faculty or affiliated hospital staff or postgraduate student.
第三條 申請人須為投稿文章之第一作者或通訊作者。
The applicant must be the first author or corresponding author of the article.
第四條 投稿文章(論文及計畫)須以臺北醫學大學或附屬醫
The article must be submitted by the TMU or affiliated hospitals.
第五條 其他與本校醫學研究相關為主。
Other TMU related medical research.
第六條 每人限申請一次，
Each applicant can only apply once, as well as each paper or program.
第七條 每位指導教授含其研究生（不含共同指導）至多3件
Every adviser include their student can only apply 3 cases at most.
第八條 為鼓勵研究成果發表，
To encourage participation in publishing research articles, applicants, who successfully published their article, may request for another free drawing application in the same year with TMU Academic and Science Graphic Illustration Service.

申請程序：
Application Process
一、請於事先提交申請表，研究推動中心（
The applicant should first fill the application form and submit it to the R&D office. All cases will be handled and scheduled in the order in which they were received. The R&D office will inform the applicant of the consultation time and venue.
二、無論難易，不接受急件。
No urgent cases accepted. All cases will be dealt on “first come first served” basis. Each applicant shall apply one case at a time.
三、 申請案件由本中心統一分派案件予繪圖師。
Cases will be distributed by the R&D office to the designer.
第十條 諮詢時間：每週一至五09:00-17:00。
Consultation hours: Mon.-Fri. 09:00-17:00 at the R&D office
第十一條 收費方式（分為A項及B項）：
Payment Method (Type A and Type B)：
A項：試辦期間自即日起施行至112年06月30日止免費服務，
Type A: Free of charge during the trial period (till Jun. 30th, 2023).Type A can only be serve if rule three and four is met.
B項：協助申請人媒合委外單位或人員（駐點繪圖師）報價，
Type B: Matching Service. Assist applicants with off-site designers at applicants' own expenses.
第十二條 本公告未盡事宜，本中心保有解釋權利。
