台北医学大学学术绘图服务公告：
 
第一条    为提昇本校及附属医院整体研究品质及表现，提供本校专任教职员及附属医院专任人员以及研究生学术绘图资讯媒合服务，特订定「台北医学大学学术绘图服务公告」（以下简称本公告）。
The Office of Research & Development provides academic and science graphic design support to the TMU community. This service can be utilized by the TMU faculty and affiliated hospital staff.
第二条    本校专任教职员及附属医院专任人员以及本校研究生均得提出申请。
This service is reserved to the TMU faculty or affiliated hospital staff or postgraduate student.
第三条    申请人须为投稿文章之第一作者或通讯作者。
The applicant must be the first author or corresponding author of the article.
第四条    投稿文章(论文及计画)须以台北医学大学或附属医院名义发表。
The article must be submitted by the TMU or affiliated hospitals.
第五条    其他与本校医学研究相关为主。
Other TMU related medical research.
第六条    每人限申请一次，且每篇论文或计画以申请一次为限。
Each applicant can only apply once, as well as each paper or program.
第七条    每位指导教授含其研究生（不含共同指导）至多3件为限（半年为一期）。
Every adviser include their student can only apply 3 cases at most.
第八条    为鼓励研究成果发表，同年度申请已发表者得再次提出新案申请。
To encourage participation in publishing research articles, applicants, who successfully published their article, may request for another free drawing application in the same year with TMU Academic and Science Graphic Illustration Service.

申请程序：
Application Process
一、请于事先提交申请表，研究推动中心（以下称本中心）将另行通知谘询时间地点。
The applicant should first fill the application form and submit it to the R&D office. All cases will be handled and scheduled in the order in which they were received. The R&D office will inform the applicant of the consultation time and venue.
二、无论难易，不接受急件。接案顺序采先到先受理原则，每人每次受理一案（张），依序完成案件。
No urgent cases accepted. All cases will be dealt on “first come first served” basis.  Each applicant shall apply one case at a time.
三、 申请案件由本中心统一分派案件予绘图师。
Cases will be distributed by the R&D office to the designer.
 
第十条    谘询时间：每周一至五09:00-17:00。
Consultation hours: Mon.-Fri. 09:00-17:00 at the R&D office
 
第十一条        收费方式（分为A项及B项）：
Payment Method (Type A and Type B)：
A项：试办期间自即日起施行至112年06月30日止免费服务，本项服务需符合第三条及第四条始得申请。
Type A: Free of charge during the trial period (till Jun. 30th, 2023).Type A can only be serve if rule three and four is met.
B项：协助申请人媒合委外单位或人员（驻点绘图师）报价，由申请人自行负担。
Type B: Matching Service. Assist applicants with off-site designers at applicants' own expenses.
 
第十二条        本公告未尽事宜，本中心保有解释权利。
The Office of R&D reserved the right of final interpretation for the content hereinabove.
