112学年度本校学生论文奖学金自112年11月06日起至112年12月05日止受理申请

主旨:112 学年度本校学生论文奖学金自 112 年 11 月 06 日起至112 年 12 月 05 日止受理申请,欢迎在校学生、当年度毕业生及在职博后提出申请。

说明:
一、申请资格:凡本校在学学生、当年度毕业生及在职博后于本年度以第一作者身分发表论文于 SCIE、SSCI、EI 或 A&HCI 期刊,其指导教授或共同指导教授为通讯作者,且第一作者及通讯作者皆以本校名义发表该篇论文,得依本要点申请学生论文奖学金。
二、申请时间:自 112 年 11 月 06 日起至 112 年 12 月 05 日止。
三、申请者需登入「学生论文奖学金申请系统」(网址:http://rd2sys.tmu.edu.tw/SUARPA/Forms/LoginPage.aspx ),填具申请资料,并上传相关证明文件。
四、学生论文奖之奖励金额,按照教师之研究论文奖奖励金额乘以 0.5 计算,博士后研究人员比照学生给予奖励,总奖励金额如超过该年度预算,则每件奖励金额按比例删减。(请参照「台北医学大学学生论文奖学金实施要点」及「台北医学大学暨附属医院学术研究奖奖励指标及作业细则」,详如附件一、二)。
五、详细申请流程、注意事项及系统操作说明,另公告于「学生论文奖学金申请系统」登入处并提供下载参考。

学生论文奖申请流程：
Student Research Paper Award Application Procedure
1.线上申请「学生论文奖学金」
      Submit application online.：https://rd2sys.tmu.edu.tw/SUARPA/Forms/LoginPage.aspx
2.指导老师、系所主管、研发处审核
       Verification by advisor, department head, and R&D office.
3.研究发展会议审核
       Verification by Research and Development Conference.
4.1-2月email通知奖金发放
       Applicants will be notified by e-mail in January to February.
 
「学生论文奖学金」系统填写注意事项：
Application Details for Student Research Paper Award
1.申请本奖学金之系统填写及上传资料期限自112年11月06日(一)至112年12月05日(二)止。
2023 Student research paper award open for applications from November 06 to December 05, 2023.
2.凡本校在学学生以第一作者身分发表论文于 SCI、 SSCI、 EI或 A&HCI 期刊，其指导教授或共同指导教授为通讯作者，且第一作者及通讯作者皆以本校名义发表该篇论文，得依本要点申请学生论文奖学金。
Applications of the Student Research Paper Award are open to students of TMU who have published papers, in the name of TMU, as the first authors, with their advisors or co-advisors as the corresponding authors in the name of TMU. The papers must be published in journals listed under the SCI, SSCI, EI or A&HCI journals.
3.申请人应以当年发表之论文申请本奖学金，申请篇数以三篇为限，每篇论文仅得由一人提出申请。申请人不得以同篇论文重复申请本奖学金及「台北医学大学暨附属医院学术研究奖奖励指标及作业细则」所定之研究论文奖。
Each applicant can apply for the award for no more than three research papers published in the year of application, with no more than one applicant applying for each paper.
Applicants may not repeat the application of the award and the Research Paper Award defined by the Reward Index and Work Details for TMU Academic Research Awards using the same research papers.
4.所提之论文需于2023.01.01～2023.12.31已发表或已接受发表者。
The publication date for the paper should be within the 2023 calendar year.
5.上传档案文件如下：需清楚可辨识。
The attached files should be clearly identifiable and attached in the following order:
(1)外籍申请人须连同「居留证」、「护照」一并上传。
International students should also attach passport and residence permit photocopy.
(2)银行存折封面影本。
Photocopy of the cover of bank account passbook.
(3)SCI期刊论文之Impact factor、最佳排名及归属学门领域证明。
请参阅2022 SCI Journal Citation Report（若无此资料亦可至图书馆网页查询影印）。SSCI、EI、A&HCI 等收载之期刊论文，也请上传该期刊所属研究领域之相关证明资料。
Impact factor for SCI, best ranking and proof from relevant academic field: Please refer to 2022 SCI Journal Citation Report. The published thesis on SSCI, EI, and A&HCI and other journals should attached academic proof from relevant academic field.
(4)学术期刊论文original paper (原始论着)、reprint（抽印本）、galley proof（校样本）或接受函。
The original paper, reprint, galley proofs, and letter of acceptance.
并请务必用萤光笔在论文上注记标示「第一作者姓名」及「相同贡献作者姓名」、「通讯作者姓名」、「发表学校名称」、「出版日期」、「期刊名称」、「期刊论文归属学门领域」、「Impact factor」、「最佳排名」、「论文巻/期」、「论文页数起讫」。
Please highlight for annotation on the paper: the first author, equal contributor, corresponding author, school, publication date, journal name, field of research, impact factor, best ranking, volume number and pages.
(5)应届毕业生或博士后研究员请上传毕业证书，若有其他作者与第一作者equal contribution为北医学生者，要一起上传学生证影本，俾利审核计算奖学金。
New graduates and postdoctoral researchers should attach certificate of graduation. If there are first authors in equal contribution or other authors, their student IDs should be uploaded as well.
6.申请本奖学金之论文，一篇仅有一位第一作者时，本奖学金之奖励金额，以「台北医学大学暨附属医院学术研究奖奖励指标及作业细则」所定之研究论文奖奖励金额乘以0.5 计算。
The prize given by the Student Research Paper Award to a paper with only one first author is 50% that given by the Research Paper Award defined by the Reward Index and Work Details for TMU Academic Research Awards.
申请本奖学金之论文，一篇若有二位（含）以上之第一作者时，应依下列方式计算奖励金额：
If the paper has two or more first authors, then the prize shall be calculated as follows:
(1)第一作者皆为本校在校学生者，其奖励金额之计算同前项规定。
If all the first authors are students of TMU, the award shall be calculated as aforementioned.
(2)第一作者中仅有一位本校在校学生者，其奖励金额为依前项规定计算后，再除以第一作者人数所得之数额。
If only one first author is a student of TMU, the award shall be calculated as aforementioned and divided by the number of first authors.
(3)第一作者中有二位（含）以上本校在校学生，但非全数皆为本校在校学生者，其奖励金额为依前项规定计算后，除以第一作者人数，再乘以本校在校学生人数所得之数额。
If two or more of the first authors are students of TMU, the award shall be calculated as aforementioned, divided by the number of first authors, and multiplied by the number of students in TMU.
总奖励金额如超过当年度预算，则每件奖励金额按比例删减。
If the sum of all prizes to be granted exceeds the budget of the current year, the prize granted to each paper shall be reduced proportionally.
7.总奖励金额如超过该年度预算，则每件奖励金额按比例删减。
If the amount of the award exceeds the annual budget, each award will be reduced proportionately.
8.博士后研究人员得准用本要点申请及领取本奖学金。
Postdoctoral researchers may apply for and receive the award in accordance with the Directions.
Letters to the editor 及 comment 不列入「学生论文奖学金」计算。
Letters to the editor and commentary articles are not eligible.
9.详细办法请参阅「台北医学大学学生论文奖学金实施要点」、「台北医学大学暨附属医院「学术研究奖」奖励指标及作业细则」。

10.资料输入或上传后，务必按下「储存」按钮及「送出签核」按钮，使完成程序。
Please press 「save」 and 「send」 after filling in the information to complete the procedure.
