Meet Graduation
Requirements

Requirements for Graduation：Pass
- All studying courses have scores, and Graduation Qualification is approved by Registration Section.
- Graduation Defense: Pass

Confirm the School-leaving Checklist for Graduates
|
- Please visit “Academic & Student Affairs Information System” to check if you meet Graduate Qualification.

- Please refer to the attachment for detailed procedures required by each office. If it shows “X” or you have any problems, please ask the contact person of responsible office.

Bring the Student ID Card

- When the “Ready for Issue” column shows “ Available”, bring the student ID card to the Registration Section and obtain the diploma .

If your Student ID card is lost, please report the lost in TMU ID Card Management System.

From June 13th to September 8th 2022, AM10:00~12:00、PM2:00~5:00, Not includes holidays &Wed. in summer vacation.
(2) In case of collection by proxy, the proxy shall bring the Authorization Letter, his/her own National ID card/Alien Resident Certificate ID and the student ID card of the authorizer to the Registration Section for collection.

(1) After obtain the Diploma, Registration Section will provide the Digital Diploma via email registered under your student ID number (student ID number@tmu.edu.tw) every other Monday at AM10:00 start from June 20th to September 12th, 2022.
(2)If you don’t receive it, please contact the Registration Section as soon as by September 23th , 2022(W5). After the deadline, you must apply and complete the payment fees for Digital Diploma.
