Traffic Injury Prevention is a leading international journal in traffic safety and injury prevention, published by Taylor & Francis since 1999. It serves as the official journal of the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM) and the International Traffic Medicine Association (ITMA), with Editor-in-Chief Dr. David C. Viano. According to the 2024 JCR, the journal holds an Impact Factor of 1.900 (5-Year IF: 2.3), is indexed in MEDLINE, Science Citation Index Expanded, and Social Sciences Citation Index, and ranks 230th out of 419 in Public, Environmental & Occupational Health and 45th out of 61 in Transportation.
